I am also a certified psychometric assessor and work as a competency assessor at Assessment and Development Centres (ADCs). To date, I have assessed over 2,000 corporate employees across 300+ ADCs. As a soft skills trainer, I have delivered over 3,000 man-days of training, benefiting more than 50,000 individuals. In addition to my work in learning and development, I bring over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience in software development and training. My entrepreneurial venture in software development and career training benefited over 10,000 working professionals and career aspirants. During this period, I also developed several software solutions to support financial accounting processes and automate other business processes.
