Madhumita Arolker
Executive & Leadership Coach | OD Consultant | Coach Educator | Coaching Supervisor
Madhumita Arolker is an Executive & Leadership Coach, OD Consultant, Coach Educator and Coaching Supervisor who works with leaders and organisations to create meaningful shifts in how people think, lead and engage.
With over two decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience and close to 1,400 paid coaching hours, Madhumita brings a practical understanding of the complexities of leadership, organisational life and human behaviour. Her experience spans IT/ITeS, pharma, hospitality, startups, digital businesses and entrepreneurship, enabling her to work comfortably across diverse organisational contexts and leadership levels.
Her coaching philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: people do not always need answers; they need the space to think, discover and own their answers. She believes that coaching is not about solving problems for people, but about creating the conditions in which they can see differently, think more deeply and take ownership of what matters to them.
As a coach educator, Madhumita designs and facilitates ICF-aligned coaching education and Leaders as Coaches programmes for organisations, helping leaders move from telling and advising to creating insight, autonomy and ownership. Her work focuses on building a coaching culture where conversations become a vehicle for learning, accountability and sustainable change.
She is an ICF PCC credentialed coach, ICF Mentor Coach, ICF ACC/PCC Marker Assessor and EMCC Senior Practitioner, as well as an EMCC Coach Supervisor. She is also trained in New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence and is a certified assessor in DiSC and Belbin Team Roles, among other behavioural and development methodologies. She is an alumna of XLRI and MICA.
Madhumita's approach combines coaching rigour with warmth, curiosity and candour. She works particularly with mid-to-senior leaders, CXO-track leaders, founders and organisations seeking to strengthen leadership capability and embed coaching into the way people lead.
At the heart of her work is a question she brings to every coaching and learning engagement:
What becomes possible when we create the space for people to think, rather than simply tell them what to do?
