I work with mid to senior IT leaders — Senior Managers, Associate Directors, Directors, and VPs who've spent 15+ years winning through sheer execution, and are now stuck in the firefighting trap, anxious about AI disruption at both work and in their career. These leaders deliver high output but with low fulfilment and no real clarity on what comes next. My approach draws on 25+ years in IT leadership, delivery, and coaching roles across geographies, spanning IT services, product, and GCC environments. I'm an ICF PCC-credentialed coach, ICF PCC Marker Assessor trained and Lean-Agile SAFe SPC. I help leaders upgrade their personal operating system — the daily habits, identity, decision-making patterns, and belief systems from the old way of working that got them where they are today. My focus is helping them shift from a pressure-and-execution-paralysis to a performance-and-FLOW based personal operating system and build a deliberate second innings instead of drifting into one. I draw inspiration from the Flow philosophy popularised by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's work on optimal experience and I use Flow philosophy and practices in to my Coaching framework WHO I DO MY BEST WORK WITH Mid to senior technology leaders — typically Senior Managers, Directors, VPs in IT, IT Services, or GCC environments, who are high-performing but running on empty and is constantly firefighting, making good decisions but losing themselves in the process, or unsure what their next chapter looks like after 15+ years in the same trajectory. Many are also quietly anxious about what AI means for their relevance, both in their current role and in the career ahead, but haven't had space to think it through. I do my best work with people who are honest that something needs to change, and leaders facing execution paralysis, anxiety and a growing sense that their title has become their both identity and blocker and who want to lead their life and career from clarity and relevance rather than just pulled by momentum.
