My career did not start smoothly. I started out in debt, and there were days I had to borrow money just to pay the interest on what I already owed. That phase taught me things no classroom could. I do not want other business owners to face the same struggle without support. That is why I do this work: I help them get clarity on their business, build a real growth plan, and grow with confidence. I am an engineer by training, and a builder by nature. After 10+ years in the high-stakes IT industry, I founded Publicity Port — a white-label digital marketing agency now run by a 50+ person team, collectively managing over $2M in ad spend for agencies across the USA, UK, and EU. I built the systems, stepped back, and let the business run without me. That's not a theory — that's what I did. I am also a partner at CelebritySchool.in — an online learning platform I helped grow from zero to a ₹75 crore business, and it is still growing. When I speak about scaling a business across stages, I am drawing from something I have lived through, not read about. Coaching is not a fallback for me — it is my calling. I became a certified ActionCOACH and a Qualified Independent Director because I wanted the rigour to match the responsibility of sitting across from a founder who has spent decades building something they love.
